At Staples Printing, we stand behind the quality of our custom print products. If your order arrives damaged or contains manufacturing defects, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring you include the packing slip or a copy of your confirmation email.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
